Hello, my name is Clare and I've always had a passion for wellbeing. I have experienced many holistic therapies in the past including massage, accupuncture, reiki, meditation and aromatherapy. Now that my sons are more independent, I decided I needed a change of career and to do something meaningful.
Deep down, I knew I was meant to help others, but I wasn’t sure how. Following my love for holistic practices, I began exploring careers in the field and came across reflexology. Instantly intrigued, I delved into its benefits and discovered a course at Regent’s University, London, taught by renowned reflexologist and author Louise Keet. Taking a leap of faith—completely out of my comfort zone—I enrolled.
From the very first day, I knew I had found my calling. I remain fascinated by the complexity of human anatomy and the profound benefits reflexology offers to anyone. I truly believe reflexology found me, and now, I’m honoured to share this incredible natural healing therapy with others.

Reflexology is an ancient therapy with roots in India, China, and Egypt, and it continues to support well-being worldwide today. This holistic practice involves applying gentle pressure with the fingers and thumbs to specific points on the feet or hands, known as reflexes. These reflex points are believed to correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By stimulating them, Reflexology helps restore balance, release energy blockages, and encourage the body’s natural healing process.
Reflexology can support the immune system and may help alleviate a variety of issues, including stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, IBS, aches and pains, perimenopause/menopause symptoms, fertility challenges, dementia, plus many more.
This deeply relaxing treatment is suitable for everyone—from infants to those receiving end-of-life care. While Reflexology does not diagnose or cure, it serves as a complementary therapy that promotes relaxation, improves circulation, supports detoxification, and enhances overall energy levels.
Before your first reflexology session, you will receive a medical form via email to complete. This allows me to understand any pre-existing conditions or medications you may be taking. During your appointment, we’ll have a confidential consultation to discuss your health, diet, lifestyle, and how reflexology can support your well-being. This helps me personalise your treatment to best suit your needs.
Your session begins with you reclining comfortably in a chair, with your feet resting on a pillow and a cosy blanket for added comfort. You will only need to remove your shoes and socks. I will gently sanitise your feet and apply a reflexology balm or oil before massaging it into your feet, ankles, and lower calves. The treatment lasts approximately 40 minutes (20 minutes per foot) and includes a relaxing warm-up massage, calf muscle massage, and deep breathing exercises.
At the end of your session, I will gently sit you back up and offer you some water to help flush out any toxins released during the treatment. We will discuss my findings, go over aftercare advice, and I will show you some reflex points you can work on at home between treatments. Additionally, I will offer lifestyle suggestions to complement your holistic healing journey.
*All treatments include aftercare, information given on reflex points to work on the hands in-between treatments plus lifestyle tips for your complete wellbeing journey

No, reflexology should never be painful. You may feel sensitivity over certain reflex points, which is normal and indicates areas of congestion or energy blockages. If you experience sensitivity, raising your finger will allow me to adjust the pressure to ease any discomfort. The techniques I use are deeply relaxing, not ticklish.
Wear comfortable clothing that helps you relax while lying on the reclining chair. You’ll only need to remove your shoes and socks, but loose clothing around the lower leg area is helpful. I provide soft, cosy blankets for warmth, or a light sheet if preferred.
Everyone responds differently. Some feel deeply relaxed, calm, and stress-free, while others may feel energised, rejuvenated, or more positive. Reflexology stimulates the body’s healing process, so many clients feel benefits after their first session. For longer-term health issues, more sessions may be needed.
Reflexology may help your body flush out toxins, leading to temporary side effects such as more frequent urination/bowel movements, a runny nose, lightheadedness, or fatigue. These reactions are typically short-lived (24 hours) and are signs that your body is healing. Drinking plenty of water after your session helps to naturally eliminate toxins.
Reflexology can be beneficial in managing pain and stress, but it’s essential to consult your oncologist before beginning treatment to ensure it’s safe for your specific condition.
Yes, Reflexology is safe during pregnancy, provided you’re in your second trimester (over 12 weeks) and have no high-risk complications. It may help relieve anxiety, morning sickness, back pain, insomnia, and could even help induce labour in overdue pregnancies.
A full reflexology session typically lasts one hour, although 30-minute taster sessions are available.
