CLS Reflexology brings professional reflexology directly into the workplace, providing your team an opportunity to step away from their desks, switch off and reset. Treatments allow your employees to relax, reducing tension, stress and anxiety. Staff often leave the sessions feeling energised, more motivated and more positive.
From a one-off wellbeing day or employee reward, to regular workplace sessions, our corporate reflexology packages are designed to fit comfortably around the working day.
Wellbeing that comes to you
For employees who spend long periods sitting, standing or working at a screen, a reflexology treatment provides a welcome change of pace and environment.
Being offered dedicated wellbeing time can be a meaningful way for employees to feel recognised, appreciated and cared for by their employer.
Treatments take place fully clothed in a comfortable reclining chair, with only shoes and socks needing to be removed for foot reflexology. Hand reflexology can also be offered where appropriate.
CLS Reflexology brings the equipment required for the treatments. All your workplace needs to provide is a quiet, private room or suitable space.

Reflexology doesn't have to be reserved for an annual wellbeing day. CLS Reflexology can visit your workplace monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, giving employees regular access to treatments throughout the year.
Regular visits can be employer funded, subsidised or employee funded.

Using workplace health cash plans
Some employee health cash plans include reflexology within their alternative or complementary therapy benefits. This may allow an eligible employee who pays for their own treatment to claim back some or all of the eligible cost, subject to the terms, limits and exclusions of their individual plan.

What does your workplace need to provide?
Very little. CLS Reflexology brings the treatment equipment required. Ideally, the workplace provides:
- A quiet, private room or suitable wellbeing space.
- Enough space for a reclining treatment chair and practitioner.
- Reasonable access for bringing equipment in and out.
- Employees available at their allocated appointment times.
- An office, meeting room or dedicated wellbeing room is usually suitable.

I'm Clare, founder of CLS Reflexology. After experiencing holistic therapies myself for many years, I decided to turn my passion for wellbeing into a new career and trained in reflexology.
I hold a Level 3 VTCT (ITEC) Diploma in Reflexology with Distinction, including Anatomy & Physiology, and I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). I am fully insured, DBS checked and first-aid certified, with additional qualifications including Healthy Eating & Wellbeing and Preconception, Pregnancy & Post Natal Care.
Whether I'm treating one of my regular clients or spending the day with a workplace team, my approach is the same: creating a warm, professional and relaxing environment where people can take some time for themselves.
